If you have been by our restaurant lately then you have noticed about to do a remodel. After 14 years in business we have decided that it is time for a new look and a new earth friendly attitude. This means that we are going to give our menu a remodel too.
We are making a commitment to protecting the EARTH so we will be closing our doors in order to make some changes.
WHEN WE RE-OPEN...
• We will be committed to serving sustainably sourced, natural and organic products and strive to conserve natural resources, reduce waste and recycle in our daily practices.
• We will continue to use the healthy cooking techniques that have brought our signature flavors to you and make them even better by using local and organic ingredients.
• We will support California farmers by offering local products when the season permits.
• We will recycle all glass, paper, plastic and aluminum products and we will use biodegradable and compostable packaging.
